Applications
Rubber rings are made in the lip types or compression types as per joint configuration
of the pipes at the point of joints and not to allow entry of outside liquid and
gas into the pipeline. Gaskets are made for use in almost all kinds of pipes and
fittings; be it FRP pipes, Ductile Iron Pipes, Concrete pipes, etc.
Description
Seals are manufactured as per required International Standards using Elastomers
(NR, SBR, EPDM, CR & NBR) as required for application. Special features of ARIL
seals are:
- Moulded precisely in accordance to joint specifications of users.
- Available
in various shapes and sizes for variety of pipes covering Fiberglass, Concrete,
Clay, PVC Ductile Iron Pipes & Corrugated pipes.
- Produced in a number of polymers
like Natural Rubber, SBR, EPDM, NBR chloroprene Rubber, Silicon Rubber, Flouro elastomer
(Viton) , etc.
- Withstand required pressure.
Specification
Rubber rings are produced in accordance to the International Standards and Specifications
like EN 681;1 ASTM-C1869, C443, DIN 4060, BS2494, AWWA and ISO 1398.
ARIL special seals meet the requirement of potable water application as per WRC
(UK) and KTW ( Germany) recommendation.
