ARIL houses most modern machineries such as internal mixers, PLC controlled compression moulding and injection moulding presses, continuous curing vulcanizing lines etc., to produce moulded and extruded products. In-house mould making facility includes CNC milling machine that makes it easier for development of moulds/multicavity and intricate moulds thus cutting short the delivery time even for custom made rubber products.

Full fledged laboratory apart from doing the strict quality control on raw materials, in-process and finished good, do design, develop and formulate new products/processes.
